Hurghada airport arrival day

Day1 : arrival at Hurghada airport 

The arrival date meet the guide and drive to get dinner and then to the Hotel to Check in.

Hurghada hotel all inclusive 

the  first day at Hurghada  the  accommodation will be 4 stars hotel or 5 stars as request 

spend the first day at the Hotel and early morning we drive to luxor city 

form Hurghada the only way of transportation is by road as vehicle(no  flights or trains between Hurghada and Luxor )

the drive duration is 4 Hours 

arrive at Luxor and start exploring the temples and tombs of the ancient Egyptians .

 Day 1  :Travel to Luxor and the Nile cruise 

arrival at luxor city and starting wonderful day of exploring ancient Egyptian gigantic temples ,listening to the amazing history of 4000 years b.c  form one of our professional tour guides .

start they day by visiting:

 The Valley of the kings :

3 tombs are included to get inside with the entry ticket .

It is located on the West Bank of the River Nile. The Valley of the Kings counts 62 tombs, including the burial chamber of the boy King Tutankhamun. The non-royal tombs belonged to various officials, royal family members and priests. Most of these tombs were cut in limestone following a similar pattern: 3 corridors, an antechamber and a sunken sarcophagus chamber

 

 Hatshepsuit Temple :

the Temple of Hatshepsut is one of the most beautiful of the royal mortuary temples. It was named after Queen Hatshepsut, the first known female monarch that ruled for about two decades over Egypt. Built into the towering cliff, it rises on three enormous terraces. These terraces are connected by ramps and each level is marked with a colonnade of stark, large unadorned square pillars. The cool stone interior features well-preserved wall reliefs and hieroglyphics, some still in brilliant colors.

Day 3: first night at Luxor Nile Cruise 

After spending the night at the Nile Cruise we will continue our journey to luxor by visiting the temples of the eastern bank of the river Nile 

Break fast at the Nile Cruise

Karnak temple :  

spectacular complex of temples, chapels, pylons, obelisks and sanctuaries dedicated to the Theban triad but also for the greater glory of pharaohs. It became one of the largest and most magnificent temple complexes in the ancient world. The Temple of Karnak was also the most important place of worship in Egypt during the New Kingdom.

Luxor Temple :

Luxor Temple is a large Ancient Egyptian temple complex located on the east bank of the Nile River in the city today known as Luxor and was constructed approximately 1400 BCE. In the Egyptian language it is known as ipet resyt, "the southern sanctuary.

Lunch and dinner are on board. Overnight in Edfu.

Day4: Horus temple at Edfu & Sail to Aswan

by the carriage visit the temple of Horus at Edfu; the best preserved among all temples in Egypt, back to the boat for meals and  enjoy the sailing towards Luxor.
Arrive Luxor by the evening, overnight in Aswan.
Meals included: Buffet breakfast, Lunch, and dinner onboard the Nile Cruise.

Day 5: Abu Simbel temples from the Nile Cruise by  vehicle

4 AM be ready to board the bus that will drive you about 3.5 hours from Aswan to the UNESCO world heritage site at Abu Simbel.
 
These amazing temples built by the legendary Pharaoh Ramses II are one of Egypt’s most awe-inspiring sites. We arrive at the temples in plenty of time for some historical explanations by your Egyptologist guide, before going inside the temple while the sun is rising to see how 3 out of the 4 statues at the temple’s shrine are lit up, leaving Ptah, the god of Darkness in shadow.
After you have enjoyed the temples, you will head back to Aswan and arrive around noon time.
This afternoon you will check in to the Nile Cruise starting with Lunch, take some rest  at your leisure.

This afternoon, the Nile cruise will set sailing towards Komombo.

After about 4 hours of sailing, you will reach Komombo temple, where your cruise will be docking, walk 3 minutes to explore the double temple of Harwer and Sobek escorted by your tour guide.

Back to the boat to continue over night at Aswan

Meals included: Buffet breakfast, Lunch, and dinner on board the Nile cruise.

Day 6: Aswan Tour & Flight to Cairo 

Early this morning breack fast and Check out of the Nile Cruise 
visiting Philae temple on its romantic location at the island of Ajelicka, escorted by a private Egyptology  Tour guide, you will get to know the history of the site together with the interesting story of how the UNESCO managed to relocate the temple from its original Philae Island to the current twin Island of Ajelicka.

You will also visit the Aswan High dam; our main source of power and shield against the annual Nile floods. Then you will proceed to visit the granite quarry and see the unfinished obelisk that was supposed to be the largest ever, however it cracked and was left in the site to show us how the ancient Egyptians managed to quarry granite rocks and how they made their gigantic obelisks.

Day 7: 1st day CairoVisit Giza Pyramids, Sphinx, and the Egyptian Museum

This morning you will be escorted by an Egyptologist tour guide to explore the only still standing wonder of the 7 wonders of the ancient world; The Pyramids of Giza and its guardian Sphinx.
Short break for lunch near the Pyramids area.

Driving to Visit Memphis  open air Museum and Saqqara Pyramids 
Back to the hotel for some rest.
Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch and dinner.

Day 8: The Egyptian Museum ,The Citadel ,and drive to Hurghada 

This morning, you will check out, and after breakfast, you will visit the  Museum of Iniquities in Cairo

is housing the most valuable collections of artifacts and antiquities of its kind. The more than 100.000 items in the museum include some 1.700 artifacts from the tomb of Tutankhamun, including the solid golden mask that covered the pharaoh’s head. Other treasures to be found at the museum are reliefs, sarcophagi, papyri, funerary art and the content of various tombs but also jewelry.

will not leave Cairo before Exploring the albaster Mosque of Mohamed Ali Basha which is located in the citadel of Salah Al Dein 

 It was built by Salah El Dein El Ayouki in 1183 AD in the medieval castle style. It is the largest fortification in the Middle East and rises majestically at the highest point of Cairo leaving visitors with impressive views across the city

Continue deeply to watching old Cairo remains until you reach Khan El Khalili Bazzar street

which is very  known in old cairo giving walking between typical Egyptian shops of souvenirs

then luch meal and driving back to hurghada 

to hurghad is availble flight if you wish to upgrade the transportation way back
